Two ranges of wine are produced. The entry level Hillcrest Range comprises a Sauvignon Blanc, Chardonnay, Rose and lightly oaked red blend. The flagship or Metamorphic Range includes Quarry a Merlot & Hornfels a blend of Cabernet Sauvignon, Merlot, Cabernet Franc, Malbec and Petit Verdot which varies from year to year depending on the quality of the blending components.
Both these wines spend 18 months in new and second fill 225L French oak barrels.
