Rediscover the wonders of winemaking on April 20 with the 2007 American documentary, A State of Vine. The film, directed by Don Scioli, looks into the Californian wine industry with commentary from award-winning wine makers and experts from this region.
May 25 holds in a treat for fans of that Hollywood icon Marilyn Monroe, when the 2001 film, Marilyn Monroe: The Final Days, will be screened. Written by Monica Bider and directed by Patty Ivins Specht, the documentary narrates the trivia that surrounded Monroe’s last months.
Foreign Film Fridays starts at 18:30 and includes the film, a hearty traditional meal and delicious Le Bonheur wine at a cost of R125 per person, or R45 for only the film and wine.
